Records will be furnished at the time of purchase. If within 7 days of receiving puppy he/she is examined by a reputable veterinarian, and the health of the puppy is found to be at risk due to a congenital defect – owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from licensed vet describing puppy’s condition. Owner shall return the puppy and papers to the breeder within 3 days of the exam. This does not include worms, fleas, mites, coccidian, giardia, or any other parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies. (Any puppies that go out of state- return expenses will be at the buyer’s expense.)

2. Breeder is not responsible if puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeder’s possession.

3. 3 year genetic health guarantee – Breeder guarantees puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making euthanasia necessary until 3 years of age. In this event a replacement puppy would be provided from the next available litter. (umbilical hernias or luxating patellas often resolve as puppies grow and are not considered a defect warranting a return.)

(If purchase price was under $2500, will pay up to the purchase price)
